M-PILL is leveraging its Patient Mobile Medication Reminder Solution and moving to a global and modular service approach allowing for Patient Interactive Communication and for the quick building of any Patient Compliance Program.

The Service Creation Framework is at the core of this new approach allowing for a smooth and endless integration of any reminding-notifying and alerting services, with on-going program evolution and easy local deployment. The Service Creation Framework integrates full management facilities such as the management of the notification channels per service (i.e. mobile phone, fix phone, Internet, PDA) and communication models (i.e. one-way or two-way, push or pull, one-to-one or one-to-many.
